though useless with watercolours, it seems my photocopier's ink is completely copic-resistant, which allows me to be my usual tentative self and just colour a copy. also, ordinary printer paper is waaaaaay better for copic markers than nice heavy sketchbook paper - almost no bleeding.

Ooh, I love how you've done the tiger's fur! The edges of the tufts look "rounder" than how I usually see fur tufts depicted in art. I like the roundness better! The wood grain detail in the shear handles is also wonderful.
I feel really naïve in asking, but how do you shade with Copics? I've tried layering with the same color but it doesn't tend to get darker.
